My name is Travis Loranger. I am a 16-year-old junior in high school. I will be graduating this June (a year early), in order to focus 100% on Motocross.
On my 8th birthday, my parents gave me a Cobra 50 that I started racing, the following spring. A year after that, I moved up to a pair of Cobra 65s, which really began my racing career. When moving up to 85s and the supermini, I switched to Husqvarna motorcycles. Currently, I am on a Husqvarna 250. I got my feet wet at Canaan Lions MX in NH. After that, I ventured out to the New England Sports Committee series (NESC), then Maine Motocross series and now I am focusing on getting a ticket to the Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Championship at Loretta Lynn's Ranch in Hurricane Mills, TN. To get there, I will be focusing on racing at the Area Qualifiers and Regionals in the North-East and South-East. I will also be hitting "The Maine Event" in Lyman, ME in August and "Mini O's" in Gainesville, FL in November this year. Last year, I was blessed to have Canaan Lions MX ask me to help train their racers who wanted pointers on riding position, throttle control or overall technique. I was happy to do so and had a blast doing it. If I am not at school, you will find me on the track, at the gym, or relaxing with friends.
My name is Mark. I am Travis' dad. I used to race flat track on a 1980 CR250 and a 1985 Can-am 250 in my late teens to early 20's. Aside from being Co-Owner of LR Services & Consulting, I am the Loranger Racing team mechanic, scheduler, driver and influencer.
My name is Leah. I am Travis' mom. When I am not working my full-time job at the power company, I am the Loranger Racing team chef, housekeeper, photographer, marketing specialist and Travis' biggest fan.
